Not at all satisfied with the treatment received. If we were not receiving reimbursement for realtor fees (company relocation), we would have made every attempt to get out of our contract within the first 2 weeks. We considered removing our listing from the market until the 6 month contract was up and moving forth with another agency. Our agent did not seem to have our best interest in mind during our selling process. We missed showings. Our listing price was lowered $5000 without our approval (((COMPLETELY ILLEGAL by the way!!!!!))). Before we even had our house active on the market, we were receiving calls from a referral in our new town so our agent could collect $500 extra whenever we decided to buy after moving. We were even (accidentally) forwarded an email where our agent was throwing us under the bus while in discussion with a buying agent. I cannot in good conscience recommend this agency. Selling a house should not be as painful as this whole process has been. However, the secretary (Peggy or Penny) that schedules showings deserves a 5 star rating. She was the only pleasant part of the whole situation.

Worst place ever to go and apply for a home. THE LADY at the front counter was rude. I gave her 40.00 and she didnt have any change and got mad at me because I had 2 $20.00 bills. I just told her to give me a receipt and I'll come back at a later date for the change. I did an application and was called in 10 minutes of leaving the area letting me know that with my credit and income I was approved! Debbie called me and gave me addresses to properties that we're from 850.00 to 900.00 amonth and stated that they were ready to move in. I let her know that I really didn't like the properties or the area they were in. And let her know to get back with me when she had something else. She then calls me and let's me know about the property where she had an eviction. I drove by the property. The last tenant belongings were every where outside .this property was 900.00. So the next day I continued to house shop and was contacted by Mrs. Price a very nice and concerning lady. I was approved for the house on Shannon and these ladies passed my application around like a hot cake. Mrs. Edith tells me The house already had a deposit, come to find out from Mrs. Price the house was still available. I scheduled a viewing and a date to come in and sign the lease with Edith. She called me numerous of times after hours and early in the morning. The next day at work she calls and tells me something about the gas stating that the last tenant lived there a whole year without turning on the gas. ( So you allowed this and then tell me I can't rent the house) so we still scheduled for me to come in and look over the lease and she also ask how many people will be staying in the home and told her me and my children. A few hours later she then text me NOT CALL! And says I'm sorry I'm just now looking at your application and you need more income! I'm like what... I have 3xs the income in gross amount. She then says well the owner wants to go by net. So I'm thinking to myself wow what type of poeple am I dealing with here. She then tells me my 2nd job income doesn't count. Long story short Debbie and Mrs. Edith are not professional at all. Debbie text me and says how do you think your going to be able to pay for the rent. I'm like what first your blowing up my phone trying to put me and my family in a dump and now you want to insult me because I chose not to live in one of those SECTION8 HOUSES. I HAVE MORALS AND STANDARDS. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY AT ALL.

The "accountant" berated my husband and I for not being prepared without even looking at our paperwork. Rude service, with irresponsible employees, would not recommend, spend your money at a more reputable accounting firm.
