We are SO glad we chose Debbie as our realtor! She was incredibly kind, helpful, patient, and straightforward with us as we went through the homebuying process for the first time. After getting to know us, she was quickly able to figure out our preferences, but also gently challenged us to think outside of our small box to see the potential elsewhere. Debbie was a wealth of knowledge about the E Memphis and Midtown areas, expert referrals, and about both green and red flags in homes that we viewed. We learned so much from her re: maintenance, remodeling possibilities, and potential issues to be mindful of in any home. She was so helpful, informative, and efficient with the contract and logistical side of things. Best of all, she was truly enjoyable to be around and talk to--so crucial when you're spending hours of your life communicating with someone! We met Debbie while looking at one of her listings (late spring 2021) and told her we weren’t in the market but wanted to see the house. She was so incredibly professional and helpful that we asked her to be the agent that we worked with. That home was not the one for us, but we were enamored with Debbie's willingness to appreciate what we needed in a home (I believe that she has found a new family for the original home). We worked with her and Brooke for several months attempting to find a home (which is a difficult thing right now), and we finally found one that is perfect. They helped explain the entire process, and what we needed to do. They also were able to offer an amazing group for financing when we had questions. I cannot be happier with my experience. Brooke, or Debbie was there for us for every step of this stressful experience. These ladies are a great team that will help you in any way they can.
