Flooring Solutions of Memphis provided the hardwood flooring, floor tile and backsplash tile for our new home. Our salesman , Andy, customer service staff Janice, and the installers were truly wonderful and helped us with many decisions along the way. The tile installer expert is an artist with tile and worked out a problem with fireplace tile that let us know we would be enjoying a beautiful fireplace for many years. If you're looking to replace flooring, look no further. Call Flooring Solutions and ask for Rene Webb. She answered every question and went above and beyond anything expected in walking me through the process of replacing all of the flooring in our entire house. If I ever have to do it again, I'd definitely call again.

Flooring Solutions did a great job replacing our builder grade engineered hardwood with a more durable laminate. They have a huge showroom with an excellent variety of flooring options. We visited the showroom twice in preparation for our project and both times the staff were friendly and helpful. We worked closely with Shawn both in the showroom and at our home to choose the most durable flooring for our dogs and pool. He was able to bring out quite a few samples for us to move throughout different areas in our home which was so helpful. Shawn did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the entire project. If any issues arose, Shawn took care of them immediately. We appreciated his candor, expertise, and professionalism. We are very pleased with our new floors! We will continue to use Flooring Solutions for our flooring needs and will not hesitate to recommend them to others!

Excellent work and excellent customer service. This is a company that will not tolerate leaving a customer unsatisfied. I can tell they’ve centered their business model around building an absolutely flawless reputation (which is nearly impossible, but they’ve managed to do it) and establishing repeat customers. They made sure the job was completed to my standards and everything turned out perfectly. I tend to be a picky customer with an eye for detail and a need for perfection, so such high praise is very rare coming from me. We had wood laminate installed in 3 rooms and the hallway, and tile installed in our kitchen. I plan to come back to Flooring Solutions of Memphis again when I renovate my bathroom.
