Had a contract on a home. Homeowners agreed to partial repairs. Homeowners and buyers agreed to sticker price on the home. After a termite inspection it came out that the home had strong evidence of termite damage. The sellers agreed to partial fix. (there was over 10k worth of damage) . After seller's agent confirmed the partial fix , and both parties agreed to terms (terms in which were presented by sellers' agent) the seller and seller agent informed us that they were taking the home off the market. 48hrs latter the home was relisted. This is very bad business practice an i am highly discouraged by mid-south residential. If you have an active contract that is agreed upon by all parties. you should not get a call saying the sellers pulled the home off the market, and then 48hrs latter the house is relisted. That is Completely UNETHETICAL, DISRESPECTFUL, AND VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS.
