Would not have gotten this house in the current market without Molly's dedication and expertise! • House went on the market at 7:30 pm • 8:00 pm told Molly we wanted to put in an offer sight un-seen • By 9:30 pm her Mortgage contact had us pre-approved for a loan • 11:00 pm Offer submitted • 8:00 am next day, 18 scheduled showings, but we were 1st offer • 2:30 pm, same day, we had a contract on the house. Did I mention she did this all from 10 hours away while taking care of her son who just had surgery.
