Debra Pannell1 StarIf you want an agent who is more concerned about the buyers when you are selling your house than Steve Heathman is the guy for you. Terrible agent who didn't take into consideration anything we asked for. Do yourself a favor and go with someone who charges a higher percentage. We made the mistake in thinking we were saving money going with him but you got what you pay for. Oh and if you want to hear from your agent that everything "is a great deal" then Steve Heathman is your guy!!!! That is his favorite phrase :)
After Steve Heathman saw this posting about our review he text my husband to let him know that our house was the highest selling house in our neighborhood. Well that was because we spent a lot of money over a ten year time span fixing it up and making improvements. It had nothing to do with Steve listing it. He was also very unprofessional with his smart remarks to him through text message.Monday 29th October 2018
