She listed our old home and helped us find our forever home all within 5 days. Our forever home is something we have dreamed and talked about for many years. It is perfect. We had several offers on our old home - some well above the list price. At first glance, those kind of offers can be tempting, but she cautioned us to look at the details of the contract because that was really important - and she was totally right.
