We bought a precious farmhouse through Tamara and we love our home. We have been in our home for a year and a half and are thrilled with it. Tamara took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and she worked really hard to find the perfect home for us and stayed the course in securing a deal. Tamara did an amazing job finding us our home! Within a few hours of calling her to let her know we were looking for a house she had us multiple properties that weren't event on the market yet. We were looking at homes the next day & she handled all of the communication to the builder for us. She was available ANY TIME that I needed her, even at 10PM at night. The 5 of us brothers and sisters had been trying to sell our mother's house ourselves. After about 6 weeks we had not even had one showing. When we met Tamera she came in and went right to work and started showing the house within a few days. Even with the housing market slowing dramatically she was able to find a buyer and we closed the sale last week. Throughout the process she kept us informed each step of the way. Even with 5 of us siblings involved in the sale, she managed to juggle keeping us all informed and made sure we got all documentation properly signed. I feel certain that without her help we would still be looking for a buyer.
